Stud wall to be erected enclosing exsisting

timber supports (pic1)

Corridor and study to other end (pic 5,6)

Timber supports hold single brick wall above. This wall supports purlins of the roof structure. 

I believe  the joists and floor  (pic 1)are a later addition  and would like to remove them  the joists are under size  for thier lenght and deform under moderate load. Seem to date to a mid 70s  lowering of ceilings and door ways
