We would like to replace the exsisting roof with a steel profile roof (pantile effect) over 12mm OSB with vapour barrier adding additional ties to support  9.5 mm plaster board and insulation to required standard  the current rafters are 120 X50 (measured) soft wood  on oak beams  210x 150  on  brick piers
